Artspeak is a non-profit artist run centre established in 1986. Artspeak presents contemporary practices, innovative publications, bookworks, editions, talks and events that encourage a dialogue between visual art and writing.
A new logo was created to recognize Artspeak's 25th anniversary and draw attention to a number of anniversary themed events and exhibitions in 2011/12.
As a response to the requirement that the mark pay tribute to the organization's history without being bound to it, the expanded mark looks to the future by building off the recognizable outlined letters of Artspeak's existing logo. The mark is intended to adapt throughout the year to various print and screen applications.
